Highlights and personal faves from my past 10+ years, less details more just vibes
The following projects are a selection of work I've done on for various clients during my time at UX Studio. Usually we worked in designer-researcher pairs, but I also led larger teams or worked completely solo.
For this showcase, I deliberately kept things brief to give an overview of my experience rather than zooming into each, but I'd be happy to chat about any of them.

Complete redesign of the HBO GO platform
I worked as a designer with HBO’s internal product team and management, and with a researcher from our agency. To this day this project remains my favourite. Mostly due to the domain, but also because we got to redesign HBO GO for every platform under the sun, with a unified design system on each platform.
It was my first time designing for 'non-typical' devices, and I enjoyed diving into smart TV and gaming console documentation. This project came very early in my career and I learnt a ton, especially about working with big teams, different companies and a huge scope. (And also how to put my fave shows into every single design.)

Securing app funding in Google's Area 120
Google reached out to us to bring an app idea to life. To get funding, they needed customer insights and a clear vision for how the app would work. I enjoyed how collaborative this project was. On one hand, we worked closely with the client on iterations, on the other, I also got to mentor a junior designer at our agency: giving feedback and helping her learn.
And guess what, they secured that funding and came back to turn our prototype into high-fidelity designs. Sadly, I’d already left the agency by then, but what a win!

Creating an on-demand streaming platform
MindigTV, part of Antenna Hungária, one of Hungary’s biggest service providers, wanted to expand into on-demand video alongside their TV Everywhere product. Like HBO, I loved this project because of the domain, but I got to put my TV platform knowledge to good use, and we built a massive design system scalable for multiple devices.
The most exciting part was working in phases, with bigger breaks in between, which let me reflect on past design decisions. Given the agency model and project timings, I was the only constant team member, so I took the lead and helped onboard designers quickly.

Helping users pay their debt back
One of the few projects I worked on solo, without a researcher, which was a new challenge for me. Luckily the collaboration with the client was super smooth and we shaped the product together.
The app had a lot of gamification elements to motivate users to save and pay off debt. It wasn't just about adding leaderboards or levels, but structuring the whole experience with this mindset. We had a gamification expert and a senior designer mentor on board, and their feedback was incredibly useful, for which I am still grateful today.

Creating an online lifestyle magazine
This project is still close to my heart, even though it was a really stressful one. The client wanted a lifestyle magazine for women in the UAE. I split my time between project management and design, leading an 8-person team and creating the mobile version of the website.
It was my first time managing such a huge team and given the timeframe, it was crucial to decide on responsibilities and tools as fast as possible. Each person got to use their strongest skills and we pushed both Axure's and Sketch's collaborative features to the limit. It was also my first time designing for multiple languages, including Arabic, so we had to dive deeper into mirroring UIs for localisation.
With one of the designers on the project, Zsolt Szilvai, we wrote a case study of this project, you can read it on his website.
